 Nature & Diving Charter Cruises

For people who like to book an entire boat for a cruise, Islazul Tours can help you with the process. Contact us and let us know your preferred boat class and we will check for availability. All boats listed in our catalogue are available for charter trips to the islands. As for the cost of the charter multiply the stated individual price times the passenger capacity of the boat plus add the flight costs. Apart from that you have to add the $110.- per person park entrance fee as that has to be paid personally by you on arrival at the airport in Galapagos. Also not included is the snorkeling gear (mask, tube and fins) and in case of scuba trips your personal scuba gear (but compressor on board, tanks and weight belts are included).

NOTE:   You should plan an extra buffer day in case your plane gets delayed and you cannot get into Quito as scheduled. This happens occassionally and you do not want to miss your charter cruise because of a thing like that.

IMPORTANT:

C
ruise charter should be done with ample time to spare, ideally at least 9 months ahead to assure you availabilities of boats. In some high season periods like Christmas and Easter holidays, boats are often already booked more than one year ahead.

If you prefer a fully organized trip we can help you with that too.
Tell us your wishes and we book hotels of your chosen category, provide transport and organize any desired additional trip on the mainland.
Especially put together for nature lovers who like to experience the incredible flora and fauna above and below the ocean waters.

 Reservation and payment policy

First contact us and tell us the exact time period and price class, either tourist, first class or luxury, you are interested in. We check then with the owners and tell you which boats are available for the cruise. We can hold available ships for 5 days only and need then a decision by you (so please only contact us if you are ready to commit yourself financially). Once you agree to a boat, a deposit of $ 1000.- has to be paid immediately to reserve you the charter cruise. Then you have a month to make the first payment of 35% of the total value of the cruise. Once received, we send you by E-mail a confirmation and an invoice. The final payment has then to be received at least two months before start of the cruise. All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellations on your part.

IMPORTANT We do not accept Credit Cards either by Internet or at our office in Quito. So the payments have to be made either in USD cash or by money wire to our banks either in USA or Holland.

Money Wire:  Once you like to book a trip through us, we will give you the transaction details. Be aware that all transaction fees, go on your account as the two receiving banks do not charge us any transaction costs. The fees of your bank has to be paid by you. Our bank in Holland, Europe accepts SWIFT transfers in USD, CANADIAN DOLLARS and EUROS. For EURO transfers inside the European Community you might also use IBAN deposits as they are much cheaper in fees.
